ABOUT OAKLEDGE ADVISORS

After nearly two decades advising some of the world’s largest pension funds, endowments, and asset managers, I saw a widening gap in the market: investors were being asked to navigate profound structural risks — climate change, social instability, and shifting economic paradigms — using frameworks built for another era.

I launched Oakledge to close that gap.

A Different Kind of Advisory Partner
Oakledge Advisors is an independent strategic advisory firm serving asset owners, asset managers, and ecosystem partners seeking to align capital with long-term value creation and climate resilience. We bring institutional-grade rigor and an unconflicted perspective to the challenges and opportunities of sustainable investment, system-level considerations, and fiduciary integrity.
Our work is grounded in the belief that investors can—and must—be stewards of systems, not just portfolios. That requires advice that is analytical and ethical, evidence-based, and free from the conflicts that often accompany commercial investment models.

Experience Behind the Vision
Before founding Oakledge Advisors, I spent over 15 years in sustainable finance—leading ESG and impact investment consulting for global institutional clients at Mercer, building investor coalitions at Ceres, and collaborating with leading asset owners and managers on climate and stewardship strategies. Those experiences shaped my conviction that the industry’s next frontier isn’t just better data or disclosure, but better decision frameworks.

At Oakledge, I convene a network of trusted collaborators — from data and analytics partners to impact specialists, systems thinkers, and peer advisors — to deliver clear, practical, and principled guidance to those responsible for the world’s most consequential capital.

While Oakledge is intentionally independent, it is far from a solo act. For clients who require extended technical depth or bespoke expertise, I assemble and integrate insights from an orchestra of sustainability and investment professionals, ensuring each engagement reflects both rigor and harmony.

Why “Oakledge”
The name Oakledge reflects a simple idea: a flourishing natural world grounded in the solidity and resilience of stone. It’s inspired by the oak tree — a keystone species that supports more life than any other, from insects to birds — symbolizing strength through interdependence.

For us, Oakledge is more than a name. It’s a commitment that our advice — to help clients advance their sustainability and impact objectives — will always be firmly rooted in the ledgestone of fiduciary standards that sustain trust and integrity in the investment ecosystem.

Our Ethos
Oakledge Advisors exists to restore trust, clarity, and purpose to institutional investment advice.
We work quietly but ambitiously toward a future where:
-
Fiduciary duty includes long-term system stability.
-
Stewardship is a source of competitive advantage.
-
Integrity, not ideology, guides capital.
